90-Day Program · waitlist open

Twelve weeks. One shift per week.

A 12-week self-guided micro-shift program from SurrealKiss. Twelve modules, one shift per week, built for small, daily practice that compounds over three months. Same skip-not-streak rule as the 30-day challenge — but more room to read, sit, and try before the next one arrives.

One weekly email · twelve weeks · copy-and-keep workbook · the shift lands small on purpose.

The 12-week outline

Twelve weeks. One shift per week.

Each week has a theme and a single small practice. Read the theme in the morning, try the practice during the week, log one line at the end. That is the whole loop — twelve times.

Week 01
Foundations
noticing the gap between stimulus and response

A one-line log of the moment you noticed — no fix, just notice.

The practice

Week 02
Naming
labeling the sensation before reacting

Three words for what just happened, said under your breath before the next move.

The practice

Week 03
Breath
a single two-second reset before action

Inhale through the nose, exhale through the mouth — once, before the door opens.

The practice

Week 04
Inventory
end-of-day one-line log

One sentence before bed: "today I noticed that I…" — read it back in the morning.

The practice

Week 05
One-thing
choosing the smallest next action

Pick the version of the next step that you could finish before lunch.

The practice

Week 06
Pause
three-second micro-silence before answering

Wait three full seconds after the question ends. The first answer is rarely the true one.

The practice

Week 07
Repair
naming the rupture (self or other) before fixing

Open with what broke, not what to do about it. State the rupture, then the repair.

The practice

Week 08
Energy
matching effort to the actual hour

Do the hard thing in the hour you have the most fuel. Stop pretending the hour is what it is not.

The practice

Week 09
No
a complete sentence that closes a door

Practice one full-sentence no this week — not "I can't," but "I won't, because."

The practice

Week 10
Yes
a complete sentence that opens a door

Practice one full-sentence yes — no qualifiers, no conditions, no exit ramp attached.

The practice

Week 11
Tempo
letting one thing finish before starting the next

Close one tab (literal or mental) before opening the next. Single-thread the morning.

The practice

Week 12
Carry-forward
locking the smallest practice into the next 90

Pick the one shift that worked. Schedule it on the calendar for the next three months.

Common questions

About the 90-Day Program.

Is the 90-Day Program live?

Not yet. The waitlist below is the only sign-up open right now — early access opens once the program is ready, and the first run starts with the people on the list. Drop your email and you will be the first to know.

When does the program start?

A specific date has not been announced. The waitlist gets first notice and first slot when enrollment opens — joining the list is how you do not miss it.

How is this different from the 30-day challenge?

The 30-day challenge is a daily practice with two-minute shifts, every morning. The 90-Day Program is a weekly practice with a single larger shift per week — enough room to read, sit, and try the shift before the next one arrives.

How is this different from the 7-Day Reset?

The 7-Day Reset is a one-week sprint — seven mornings, finish line on Day 7. The 90-Day Program is a three-month run — twelve weeks, one shift per week, depth over finish-line speed.

What does the waitlist get?

First notice when enrollment opens, a small heads-up on any beta previews before launch, and the first slot when the program is ready. Your email is used only for the program — nothing else.

Will I get spammed?

No. The waitlist sends only announcement emails about the 90-Day Program. There is an unsubscribe link in every email, and one click and you are out.
